I can't rave enough about the value I got for my money at this cozy little spot. The private room was simple yet beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed, extra pillows, and a heater for chilly nights. The location was unbeatable for nearby walks and breathtaking views. And the staff? They treated me like royalty.
Food for breakfast could've used a little more variety.

During my recent stay at Mountain House, I was impressed by the cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Despite the chilly weather, the cottage was always warm and snug. The extensive kitchen and dining area were immaculately clean and tidy. I also loved the convenience of having the Wobbly Kea just across the street for meals and takeaways. The location in the heart of the village was ideal for the various walks I wanted to do. I had a pleasant and comfortable experience at Mountain House.

We stayed in a hotel close to the train station, which was great for getting around. the train could be noisy at night and disturb our sleep. the room itself was spacious and had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. the staff were friendly and provided breakfast every morning. They also had a swimming pool and fitness center, which we used often.
The hotel's Wi-Fi was quite poor and we had trouble connecting to it.

Great experience for New Year's! Location on the walking track by stunning waterfalls was ideal. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. The Wi-fi was very good. Best of all, the scenic views from the window were breathtaking!
Only negative aspect was the lack of heat in the room. It was freezing cold, and we had to rely on a small portable heater which was not enough to warm up the room.

We stayed at a hotel in this city for one night. The hotel's prime location right in the town centre made it easy for us to access transportation, parking and explore the scenic highlights. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and served us a decent breakfast.
Almost perfect.

The private room was cozy and nicely decorated, with a comfy bed and plenty of pillows to snuggle up in. the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook up some tasty meals. the bathrooms were always clean, which was a nice touch. A major perk was the location, which was perfect for nearby hikes and stunning views.
That the walls were thin, meaning that neighboring noises could be heard quite easily. although the heater was provided during winter, it could have been a bit stronger.
